FREE Functional Movement Screen and Sport Performance Testing

The movement screening is performed by licensed physical therapist and focuses on identifying biomechanical faults and inefficient movement patterns that may limit athletic performance and can assist in development of a targeted exercise prescription for optimal training.

Our performance testing is a great tool for establishing a baseline of athletic performance and determine effectiveness of training strategies over a duration of time.

This FREE testing is performed as a courtesy to the community quarterly and also serves a as a requirement for participation in any 5 Star Training session.
