INTRODUCING SAFE AND COMPETITIVE TRAINING FOR YOUTH IN THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE (AGES 10-15) WHO WANT TO LEARN ATHLETIC MOVEMENTS. THE LEARNING OBJECTIVE IS BUILDING THE ABILITY TO LAND, JUMP AND RUN WITH SOUND ATHLETIC TECHNIQUE UTILIZING AGE APPROPRIATE STRENGTH TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENTAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS. OUR EXERCISE PROGRAMMING INCORPORATES FUN COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES THAT UTILIZE PROPER MECHANICS TO COORDINATE MOVEMENT, ABSORB FORCE AND APPLY POWER TO DEVELOP MORE RESILIENT ATHLETES AND IMPROVED PHYSICAL CONDITION
