Our Training Camps are held at Powerhouse Gym Port Neches and offer youth boys and girls 10-15 years old a fun way to stay fit for the summer. We perform Pre and Post fitness testing to reduce risk of injury and identify our athletes strengths and weaknesses for optimal improvement in their fitness. The program is designed to be appropriate for all levels of fitness beginner to advanced. We believe fitness is for everyone and you do not need to be an athlete to be fit! For those that are involved in sport our programing aims to enhance athleticism contributing to improved sport performance. We teach how to appropriately exercise to reach fitness and sport performance goals. Attendees will be given complimentary equipment to complete their home exercise programs over the duration of their summer camp and will be encouraged to share their exercise knowledge with family.
